Escaladinha (escaladinha.com.br and the Escaladinha app) is a community climbing guide. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account and posts anything on it: comments, beta videos, reports and contributions to the guide. By creating an account or posting, you accept these terms. How your personal data is used is described in the Privacy policy.
Privacy policyWhat you can post
Climbing content that helps the community: information about crags, sectors, boulders and routes, topos, photos, grades, beta, ascent reports, comments on conditions and access, and links to beta videos on YouTube or Instagram.
You are responsible for what you post. Only post what is yours or what you have the right to share. What you post is public and shows your profile name.
What is prohibited
You may not post or send, anywhere on Escaladinha:
- Harassment: attacks, insults, intimidation or stalking aimed at a person or a group.
- Hate: content that attacks or demeans people for their race, color, ethnicity, origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or age.
- Sexual content: nudity, explicit sexual content or sexual innuendo.
- Spam: unsolicited advertising, repeated messages, misleading links or content posted in bulk.
- Threats: any threat of violence or harm against people, or encouraging someone to hurt themselves.
- Other people's personal data: someone's address, phone number, email, documents, location or images without their permission.
- Illegal content: anything that breaks Brazilian law or infringes the rights of others, including copyright.
Zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for prohibited content or abusive users. An automatic filter refuses posts with offensive words, and moderators review all reported content.
Consequences
Content that breaks these terms is removed. Whoever posted it may have their account banned without notice, and a banned account can no longer post. We may remove any content and ban any account that, in our judgment, breaks these terms.
How to report
Use “Report” on a comment, a beta video or a user's page, on the website or in the app. To fix information about a crag, sector, boulder or route, use “Report a problem” on its page. You need to be signed in to report.
We review reports within 24 hours. You can follow your reports on your profile.
In the app you can also block a user: their comments and beta videos stop showing for you.
